Forkbiz is an Australian owned National Forklift Company with branches in Sydney and Brisbane.  We are a trusted dealer for Manitou Australia and Hyundai Forklifts Australia. We sell both new forklifts and quality second hand forklifts.  Our customer base ranges from small companies with one forklift to the large multinational companies with large fleets, to which we maintain, repair and service to the highest quality both onsite and in our workshop.  We also have a fleet of our own forklifts we hire both long term and short term.

About the role:

Due to growth, we are currently seeking an experienced motor mechanic, diesel/plant mechanic or auto electrician to join our business as a Forklift Field Mechanic based out of our workshop in Minchinbury.

Your Roles:

• Attending break downs.
• Servicing the Forkbiz’s hire fleet (check in & check out).
• Servicing Forkbiz customers forklifts.
• Work closely with Forkbiz’s Spare Parts department.
• Diagnosing (and fixing) used forklifts for sale.
• Prepping new/used forklifts for sale.

Skills & Experience:

• Trade Qualified Mechanic.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Good communications skills and well presented.
• Vast mechanical knowledge.

• Full time role with a great remuneration package of $50 per hour (with the opportunity of overtime if desired).

Due to growth, Forkbiz are currently seeking a Trade Qualified Workshop Controller/ forklift mechanic to join our team in our new workshop located in Minchinbury, Sydney.
We are looking for an experienced motor mechanic, diesel/plant mechanic or auto electrician with the ability to drive the workshop forward through:

• Servicing the Forkbiz hire fleet (check in & check out).
• Servicing Forkbiz customers forklifts.
• Work closely with Forkbiz’ Spare Parts department.
• Diagnosing (and fixing) used forklifts for sale.
• Prepping new/used forklifts for sale.

Skills & experience:

• Trade Qualified Mechanic
• Current Drivers Licence
